Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Elegant Kosher Catering & Events, we understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may not be refunded, as meal preparation will already be in progress.

 

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@elegantkoshercatering.com and include your order details.

 

Please note that refunds apply only to ready-made meal deliveries. Event catering services are subject to separate contractual agreements.
