I have used Elegant Kosher Catering for several events that I have been working on in the past few months alone and every time they amaze me. Each event is different and their attention to detail for both the menu and design helps make it feel like I have a new caterer every time. The only thing that is consistently the same is how hard their team works on making sure each of my events are flawless and delicious. I work with them whenever possible because I know I can trust them and their out of the box creativity. This letter serves to confirm that Yaakov Mizrachi from Elegant Kosher Catering was appointed by my husband and myself to be in charge on my daughter and son in law’s wedding, Ayelet and Ryan.
The wedding was at Chabad Synagogue Plantation on August, 2010.
Yaakov and his team served 130 people. The menu before the Chuppah included fruits and assorted baked cakes. After the Chuppah included Hors D’oeuvres of delicious and fresh cold Ahi Tuna, Fresh sired Salmon and Bruschetta. Everyone was served hot Spring Rolls, Homemade hot Franks, Coconut Macademia Crusted Chicken Tenders and Beef Yakimaki. Yaakov also served Ceasar Salad and fantastic Tropical Salad.
For actual dinner he served delicious and fresh stuffed chicken breast with different vegetables.
He provided professional bar tender, 4 waiters and Mashgiach.
All was tastefully done, decorated well and extremely good. The guests were happy and full at the end of the wedding night.
We used Elegant Kosher Catering for catering at my house after the wedding again for the Shevah Brachot on one of the evenings.
Yaakov is extremely responsible and caring person. It reflects on the food he prepare and in chrage of. He always was available for my calls and replied immediately to my emails.
I love cooking and can tell when someone cooks from the heart and put his best effort towards it.

As someone who travels quite a bit, and attends many catered events (especially in New York City) , I can tell you that the food was not only of the highest quality and incredibly delicious, but the presentation was outstanding. Yakov took the time to make everything remarkably creative and interesting. He offered my guests many spectacular dishes that I have never before seen at other events. I wanted my guests to walk in and be “wowed” by what they saw, and they most certainly were. I received many phone calls after the event, asking me who the “fantastic” caterer was who did such an “awesome” job with Asher’s bar mitzvah.

With so many other things to worry about when planning a bar mitzvah, like my guests, what everyone in the family would wear, etc., I felt like I had no worries about the party itself. Yakov was always incredibly even-tempered (even when I was a nervous wreck!), and made me feel at ease that he would be able to take care of a lot of the little things that I didn’t think a caterer might handle. He was so flexible, not only offering so many different choices for dishes, presentation, etc, but if I wanted to make any changes, I was always met with a “no problem”. Yakov was available to take my phone calls, or got back to me very quickly after I left a message. I felt that he really made my son’s party a priority, and got the feeling that he makes all his clients feel the same way.
